Sea Glade at St. Andrews Bay

A full-time resident on Pontoon Court asked how high the new road will be relative to Highway 180 and requested a privacy fence along the back of her property; the developer said a fence isn't possible under the federal permit.

A former adjacent resident who moved because of flooding asked where road drainage will be directed and whether changed bedroom counts would alter parking and the plat; she was told drainage stays within the private right-of-way and driveways aren't part of the plat.
